A United Nations' expert in the legal aspects of international commerce visited the University of Alicante

Professor in Commercial Law and United Nations' expert in the legal aspects of international commerce, Rafael Illescas, visited the University of Alicante where he was welcomed by the Vice President for Institutional Relations, Aránzazu Calzada, the University Registrar, Nuria Fernández, the Faculty of Law's Dean, Amparo Navarro, and some lecturers of the UA Department of Commercial and Procedural Law.
Rafael Illescas, from Cordoba, is delegate to Spain in the United Nations for the International Commercial Law, member of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) and President of the Advisory Board for issues related to conflicting competences between the State and the Regions of Spain. He is also a United Nations' expert in legal aspects of the international commerce, member of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law and director of the journal “Business Law”.
